This is me

I created a website to introduce myself and save some of my completed projects. It was also a fantastic exercise to look for photos and more, which brought back memorable moments and much satisfaction: 

Friendly people met, and challenging innovative projects were developed.

I believe in letting the work speak for itself.

Why? I listened to my guru, my Roman grandmother: "If you believe in something, take action and prove it instead of just talking about it."Do first, then talk about it."  

What am I good at?

My blend of creativity, strategic acumen, and technological expertise enables me to deliver results in every project I create and undertake.

What am I not good at and don't love?

I value transparency and straightforwardness in both work and personal relationships. I believe in focusing on meaningful conversations and actions, and I tend to distance myself from gossip and dishonesty.

DIGITAL HUGS

In 2020, during the pandemic's challenging times, we launched a live webinar project just five days after the total lockdown. We hosted bi-weekly sessions to teach CAD modules, featuring many of our top experts. The webinars were conducted in Italian, Spanish, and French, resulting in over 50 highly satisfactory episodes across multiple platforms.

The outcome? Our 'Digital Hugs' project was an enormous success. Customers remembered us when they made their purchases because we gave them something invaluable—true value and support during a difficult time.

Organizing a trade show is a beautiful journey where visions come to life. It's an incredible experience to see months of planning unfold into a spectacular event. The true magic happens when you can meet clients face-to-face, share stories, and draw inspiration from each interaction. In a marketplace saturated with options, standing out is essential. Aesthetically pleasing designs, thoughtful branding, and captivating presentations create a lasting impression. Beauty isn't just superficial; it's about creating experiences that resonate, inspire, and connect on a deeper level.

CasaRoland Project

The "CasaRoland" (RolandHome) fair Viscom 2018: an entire 400 sqm booth represented a complete home, with every piece of furniture, accessory, door, bed cover, and wallpaper personalized with art using the company's technology.  This inspired customers profoundly, as the home is integral to one's intimate sphere. It highlighted the thousands of customization potentials through the company's digital technology. Leads and sales arrived after as a result.

Spark Drives Innovation

Spark drives innovation because it ignites creativity and fuels the passion to explore new ideas. This initial spark sets the stage for breakthroughs, encouraging us to think outside the box and push boundaries. It's the catalyst that transforms concepts into reality, driving progress and inspiring continuous improvement.

Gift Emotions to Sell Products

The video shows what the customer saw while wearing an Oculus headset during an organized trade show.

This mixed AR/VR reality project allowed visitors to explore the inside of our device in a recreated environment and especially interact with the machine.

It generated much curiosity and positioned us as an innovative company. Many sales leads were achieved. This was back in 2017.

WEB SERIES TV | MASTER MAKER Project. English and Italian. 

Thanks to the collaboration with a well-known actor and singer, episodes were created to highlight the potential of digital in every person's life. Result: This project has created curiosity and driven grassroots demand for mass customization. This was back in 2017/18

I have been involved in numerous projects with government agencies, public associations, Ministries of Research and Development, and Universities.

Actively involved in business incubation, supporting digital startups, and launching businesses from conception to execution with model canvas, strategies, and marketing, including securing funding. Many lectures were given on digital marketing from the beginning of social media—As a columnist with numerous articles in national publications, I worked passionately on Radio Radicale as an editorial and data scientist.

Academy: unconventional courses tailored to empower small businesses. The project goes beyond digital tools, equipping entrepreneurs with the strategic insights and practical skills essential for thriving in today's competitive market. From cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to innovative business development techniques. This project helped us in a lateral way to be a solid ally for small artisan businesses which was our target.

Mass-customization: The manufacturing company specializes in producing machines that customize everything

Why not personalize the peripherals as well? Customizing peripherals allows customers to make them their own, whether they're a beauty shop producing customized packaging or a dental technician with their own personalized dental milling machine and highlighted the potential of the brand's technologies

Join the Crew: Together is Better. The Crew project brought together the team, showcasing the faces behind the multinational alongside customers and their stories on a specific website. It is a virtual bridge connecting the analog and digital worlds, dentists and dental technicians, end customers, and brands. Hence, the slogan "together is better." This customer-centric project has allowed the B2B brand to communicate directly with customers and make them proudly feel part of a community. This project won a prestigious award and became a case study in University of Digital Sales and Marketing
In the context of customer-centric branding, "Crew" focused primarily on shaping its BRAND IMAGE rather than its identity. This distinction emphasizes how the brand is perceived by customers externally through marketing, communications, and visual elements.

Digital SchoolOpened the school channel to introduce digital peripherals into classrooms, researching appropriate dealers, connecting with universities and the Ministry, participating in events, and organizing dedicated days. This project allowed the brand to open a sales channel that wasn't there before, choose the right retailers, and carry out branding and projects with educational institutions.

On the Road to Meet you: Local one-day events often hold more value than large and expensive trade shows.
The On the Road project was conceived and implemented using a scalable process (Brand, Dealers, Owners and prospects together. Potential customers could communicate with existing customers and discover the potential for investing in digital. over 30 stops across Italy. The objective was to meet potential customers we find via specific target campaign advertising and clients already using printing and cutting technologies and demonstrate the quick ROI of UV technology. We involved our dealers in the stops, utilizing their showrooms. 
Furthermore, we scale the process in other one-day local events organized in emerging countries and different sectors, like dental, with the same concept and process: lead generation and managing customers' registration.

How to drive business growth in the digital age

 

Companies can now collect vast amounts of data about their potential customers' preferences, behaviors, and purchasing habits through the web and Artificial intelligence. This data enables businesses to tailor their sales strategies to target specific customer segments.  

Digital marketing techniques, such as AI, SNS-targeted advertising, and more, have become integral in driving sales and attracting new customers.

WHAT?

I firmly believe that investing in new business models, even before new products, is the key to staying ahead in today’s fast-paced world.

We need agile, horizontal structures with fewer political games, less top-down control, and minimal bureaucracy.

My vision for helping companies prepare for the future is grounded in the valuable lessons I’ve learned through my past projects, particularly those involving lean management principles.

In my view, innovation starts with a focus on digital transformation, driven by digital marketing seller (the new actual Seller in this VUCA world) and a company’s ability to care for its customers genuinely.

From my perspective—and as advice for businesses, especially huge companies that often lack the agility and innovative decision-making capabilities of startups—prioritizing investment in digital innovation, guided by marketing strategies, company structures, and a new sales channels, is just as important as focusing on new products.

HOW?

The answer lies in investing in people, fostering innovation, and harnessing the power of digital tools through marketing to build stronger relationships with customers.

By adopting this approach, large organizations can achieve sustainable growth and lead the way in navigating an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world.
